Donald Minter

Donald Minter is currently the Vice President of Sales at the Mississippi Lottery Corporation and has 20+ years of sales management experience. His skills include budgeting, sales and sales management, operational management, team building, and public speaking. He is a strong sales professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University. He is married with a son and daughter.


When he is not at work, he enjoys traveling to sporting events and deep-sea fishing.

Patrick L. Cole
(Chairman)

Is a native Memphian that grew up in the Binghampton community and he is the eldest of his parents 7 sons and 1 daughter.  He is the proud father of 4 daughters and two grandsons.  Patrick attended East High School, proudly served in the United States Navy, and graduated from the University of Memphis.  He began a successful financial services and insurance career with The Sims Financial Group, Inc. in 2011.  And he is licensed in Life, Health, Disability, Property & Casualty Insurance, trained Medicare Benefits Education Specialist, Life & Annuity Certified Professional (LACP), Certified College Funding Specialist (CCFS), Retirement Income Planning and Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC) Planner.  Patrick has earned various industry service and recognition awards in all areas of insurance and financial planning by serving families, professionals, churches, non-profits, and business owners.  He loves to help people create generational wealth so they can retire with confidence and achieve financial independence to leave a legacy for their families.

Richard Graham
(Co-Chairman)

Fifty plus years in sales and sales management for large corporations. Eight years on the board for Juvenile Intervention and Faith Based Follow-up, JIFF, a non-profit organization serving Juvenile Court assigned youth. Served as the Executive Director of JIFF for eight years, after the founding Director resigned. Elevated organization impact by raising youth served from 84 per year to 350 plus. Also retired building debt of $1.4 million. Retired in 2022. Now consulting with Memphis based nonprofits to improve the well-being and future of inner city youth.

Lawrence Weichel

I started as a Detention Officer with the Memphis of Shelby County Juvenile Detention Center in 1993. The Shelby County Sherriff’s Office took over the Detention Center in 2015. I’ve been working with youth for almost 30 years. My current title is Captain.

Dr. Kevin D. Lake

Dr. Kelvin D. Lake is a highly accomplished, dedicated individual with a wealth of knowledge and success. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia,
and earned his Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute in 2020. As an entrepreneur, he is the owner and principal broker of Keller Williams Realty-The Lake Group, servicing Tennessee, Mississippi & Arkansas. Furthermore, he is also Owner & Managing Partner of Horizon Title with focuses on real estate closings. Currently, Dr. Lake is pursuing a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership at Luther Rice College and Seminary to add to his already impressive credentials. For the past decade, Dr. Kelvin has been Founding Pastor of Overflow Church, providing spiritual guidance to many people within his community. On a personal level, he has been married for 15 years to Dr. Michelle Elmore Lake and together have three children: Kelsey (23), Andrew (13), and Sydney (10). His commitment to excellence shines through in
both his professional and personal roles – demonstrating a tireless attitude towards success that has allowed him to reach immense heights in life.

Anthony Buckner

Anthony J. Buckner is the Chief Deputy for the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. He was promoted to this position on July 25 by Sheriff Floyd Bonner, Jr. Chief Deputy Buckner has been employed with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for 20 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. Additionally, Chief Deputy Buckner is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

During his tenure with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Deputy Buckner has served in the following roles: Fugitive, Patrol, Gang Unit, Narcotics, Crime Prevention, Patrol Sergeant, Criminal Courts Sergeant, Lieutenant in Internal Affairs, Captain in the Public Information Office, and Chief Inspector as Director of Training. Until named Chief Deputy, Buckner served as the Assistant Chief Deputy of Patrol and Patrol Support Services.

Antonio Futch

Antonio  Futch is a transformative leader committed to exposing others to diversified training and opportunities. With over two decades of experience in business leadership, military service, and education, he has built a legacy of creating meaningful networks, strategic partnerships, and essential resources. His collaborations include prominent figures like Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa, leading successful business startups that continue to demonstrate positive long-term growth.

As a tax strategist and licensed preparer with a focus on business taxes, Antonio Futch has established himself as an authority in business finance. He leverages his extensive experience to generate and facilitate programs that accelerate social mobility, facilitate community change, and lay the foundation for creating generational wealth.

Mr. Futch serves as an outside board member and/or advisor to several private companies and charities. He is a licensed educator in the state of Tennessee teaching entrepreneurship.Through Christopher Pugh Center II and other initiatives, he continues to inspire and support the next generation of leaders.

Norman N. Miller, Jr.

Norman is the President and CEO of Innovative Counseling and Consulting, Inc., a behavioral health organization in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Miller has 36 years of experience in the substance abuse/mental health field. He is licensed by the Tennessee Dept. of Health as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (1990) and the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors as a National Certified Addiction Counselor (1991). He recently received his certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC)(2020). He is also a qualified clinical
supervisor.

James Robinson

Jay Robinson is the Director of Corporate Communications for Rentokil Terminix North America, responsible for internal and external business communications, reputation strategy, public affairs, and strategic media relations. Jay has been with Terminix (previously ServiceMaster) since 2013. Prior to joining the company, he was a vice president at the communications firm GCI Health, and started his career at Ruder Finn PR, advising clients on issues management and global corporate citizenship. His experience includes developing strategies that address employee engagement, customer retention, product and service issues, M&A integrations, and special situations and investigations. Jay earned a B.A. in English from the University of Mississippi, is a tnAchieves youth mentor and a past Chairman of the Greater Memphis Workforce Board. He and his wife, Amy, have two children and a beagle.
